If you do not have a photo album of your loved ones my suggestion is that you should make it so. Having a photo album of my chidren was the best antioxidant for a rainy day I could ever even imagine. They are always just a page away for those days that I get lonely. I can enjoy their smiley faces caught in time along with my omega 3 benefits that my daughter Josey turned me onto. I just love them so much and now they will always be with me.
